Adding onboarding nudges, boosting invoice sharing by 50%

As our product matured, we added onboarding nudges to inform users about the things they can do to get started.

We made invoice sharing easier by making it more visible in the customer journey they were used to taking. This, coupled with the onboarding nudges, drove up invoice sharing from 24% to 32%

Catering to their behaviour

Based on the insights derived from their relationship with tech, we updated our product to -

use a more business oriented language

drove actions through WhatsApp like sending them reports on WhatsApp, asking them to send reminders for big overdue payments

use more relevant imagery and iconography for actions.
